Graced by Truth sells digital products (PDF printables, devotionals, downloadable content) and eGift cards. The details below explain how delivery works.
 

1. Delivery of Digital Products
 

All digital items are delivered electronically.
Once your payment is confirmed:
 

• You will receive an email with a download link

• Access is available instantly or within a few minutes

• Downloads may be accessed through your account (if applicable)
   

2. eGift Cards
 

eGift cards are delivered by email to the recipient you choose.
Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 1 hour.
 

3. No Physical Shipping
 

We currently do not ship physical products.
No postal or courier services are used unless stated otherwise in future offerings.

4. Download Issues
 

If you experience any problems with accessing your files:
Email info@gracedbytruth.com and include:
 

• Your order number

• The email used during checkout
   

We will resend your files manually if necessary.
